Our Vision
FTZ Group is expanding its businesses through operating in various sectors among the country. Inspired from the motto “Think locally, act globally.”, the disciplines of service, management and human relations are combined and presented to the target customer group.
As FTZ Group, we are devoted to make investments, which will further enhance our society’s socio-economic development, while ensuring sustainability in our operations and services.
Our main philosophy in planning our operations is to keep our valuable customers happy. We acknowledge that every one of us in a community is a customer; hence it is vital to show the necessary value and respect towards the customer to build a long-lasting sustainable relationship.
Furthermore, we believe that our employees are our assurance in every single business that FTZ Group operates in. Mission
FTZ Group aims to cover at least 5000 outlets in ethnic and convenient stores. With the knowledge in hand, it will also conduct many projects for chain stores in The UK, which some of them already in progress.
